I've got a ticket. - Is it possible to change the name of the passenger (for another)? Thanks! 

According to ECOLINES Regulations before the first (outward) journey is completed it is possible to change passenger

What is the maximum weight and dimension of transportable luggage in the luggage compartment area? Thanks! 

According to our rules of luggage carriage You can carry with u free of charge: 1. Hand portable luggage that is taken in the cabin. Maximum weight of portable luggage is 5 kg, size 60x40x20 cm. 2. 3 items of luggage, the total volume of which is not more than 0.2 m3 with no limitations of weight which equals: 1. one bag size of 50 x 50 x 80 cm 2. two bags size of 40 x 50 x 50 cm 3. three bags size of 20 x 55 x 60 cm. 3. Passenger children

I'm going from Hamburg to St.Petersburg and back. My friend bought the ticket for me in a St. Petersburg ecolines office. Now the ticket is registired on his name. Is that ok? Or can we change that somehow? 

Only the passeger who's name and surname is indicated on the ticket has the right to use the journey. According to the point 4.5. from Ecolines Regulations for passengers - it is possible to change passenger

Yesterday I have bougt an onlineticket from Vilnius to Bremen. We have not found any opprotunity to print it- so we printed the "Invoice Version"-(whatever it is). Today we have been at the ecolines representation in vilnius, but the clerk said, that these print is not valid. (But we are registred at ecolines for the bus, so the purchase must should be valid). Now I have checked one again and found the online tickets with the security code and ticket number. - Just there isn t any opportunity to print it. I have copied and pasted it into a word document, but the design looks weird. Will the ticket will be valid anyway if we print the pasted word-version? If not, how can we print the ticket from the internetpage??? 

There are 2 possibilities: 1.You can print Your ticket from our website www.ecolines.net. Please enter the section "Your ticket", "View ticket" and enter the ticket number and security code. Then press the buttom "View ticket" and the ticket will appear on the screen. You do not have to paste it into the word-version. Please press Ctrl+P and print it directly from our website; 2. if there is no possibility to print the ticket, you have to apply with the ticket number and security code to the hostess of the particular service on the day of departure or at any of Ecolines representative offices. The copy of the ticket will be issued for additional surcharge that equals 10% from the total price of the ticket, but not more than 2 EUR.

I want to travel from Tartu to Warsaw. There is a bus going at 6.30 from Tartu, reaching Riga at 10:30. The connection bus to Warsaw is departing at 10:40. Will the Warsaw bus wait for the Riga bus? Or is there the possibilty that I will miss this bus?  

All connections offered by Ecolines, which can be booked issuing 1 ticket, are guaranteed. The coaches are waiting for each other.

I want to reach Kiev from Riga. I am an EU citizen and I don't need a visa to enter Ukraine, but your bus travel by Belarus, so do I need a visa for Belarus or what is the procedure? Thanks. 

Yes, you will need a transit visa for to enter Belarus. For more information please contact the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in your country.

Is it necessary to print my online ticket or confirmation number is all I need? 

For to travel with Ecolines coaches, every passenger has to be a holder of a valid ticket. If you print your online ticket, this print is valid for your journey. If you do not have the possibility to print your ticket, you have to apply to the hostess of the particular service or at any of Ecolines representative offices with your ticket ID and security code. The copy of the ticket will be issued for additional surcharge which equals 10% from the total price of the ticket, but not more then 2 EUR.

How to get to the International airport in Riga from the bus station in Riga? 

Ecolines does not operated domestic city service between bus station and international airport in Riga. To get from the bus station in Riga until the international airport is possible by taxi (you will find them at the main entrance in the bus station) or using the regular local bus service No. 22 or 22A, which is linking the stopping point "Katedrale" on Brivibas Boulevard and the international airport Riga. Ecolines coach services are linking only international routes between airport Riga and Parnu, Tallin, Valga en Tartu.
